MY MORNING
COMPANION

A better bridge from sleep to action. My Morning Companion is for the part of the morning after the alarm, when you are technically awake but your brain has not quite signed in yet. Short games and movement try to get you from “awake” to actually up.

My Morning Companion morning scene

More than an alarm

Hearing the alarm is often the easy part. Getting out of bed and starting the first real thing of the day is harder.

Teen friendly, not childish

It is designed with teens in mind, but it should not feel childish to an adult. Playful when that helps, direct when it needs to be.

WakeThe alarm demands active attention instead of being easy to dismiss.
PlayShort mini games help switch the brain on and reduce passive snoozing.
MovePhysical actions help turn being awake into actually getting up.
StartThe last step is simple: help you move into the first real action of the morning.
